General Policy: Non-Refundable Donations
Due to the immediate allocation of funds toward active field operations, community programs, and administrative logistics, all financial contributions, donations, and grant payments made to Giant Hope Foundation are strictly non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it is immediately committed to our ongoing project pipelines, including direct project execution, community training, and emergency interventions.
International Donations & Currency Conversion
We welcome support from donors worldwide. Please note the following regarding international transactions:
- Transaction Fees: International credit card processors, payment gateways, or intermediary banking institutions may levy currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are non-refundable by Giant Hope Foundation.
- Tax Deductibility: Donors are encouraged to verify the tax deductibility status of international contributions within their respective local jurisdictions before completing a transaction.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is non-refundable, we treat cases involving proven fraudulent activity, systemic processing errors (such as accidental duplicate transactions), or unauthorized card usage with utmost seriousness.
- If you believe an error has been made in processing your donation, you must contact us within 14 business days of the transaction date.
- Refund requests resulting from bank errors or verified system duplication will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, processed back to the original payment method.
